Laceé is the granddaughter of Rex McFadden. Rex, or Papaw had started introducing Laceé to the groundwater industry at the young age of 6, Taking her on trips to show her the different parts of the water industry. Laceé and her mother Dawn have since taken over the company and become a members of the Texas Ground Water Association Board for Manufactures and Suppliers insuring Rex's legacy lives on. She now takes advantage of the opportunity to show her own children Ace and Brooklyn the ins and outs of water well drilling. Laceé’s passion for this company and what she does proves she has what it takes to be a part of a male dominated field. The employees of Rex McFadden will tell you Laceé has one of the biggest hearts and is truly a leader. She cares for her team as though they were her family.

Owner

Rex's Daughter , Dawn is Co-Owner of Rex McFadden Co. After owning a nail salon and becoming very successful at anything she sets her mind to she retired her profession and set foot at her Dads desk!

Dawn is the team mascot that can always make everyone's day brighter! She has been by Rex's side all along while growing such a strong impact on the water well industry thru out the world. She is always ready to make a deal with a customer! One of the things that Dawn has always said is she wants every customer to feel at home when they come into the office. as well as know that others realize that customer service is our passion.

Owner

Danny has been recognized for safety expertise thru out the state of Texas. He has been in the farm and Ag industry for many years Managing multiple locations at a time. He helped aside Rex here and there after Dawn and him met and later married.

Danny and Rex completed many different jobs together such as setting flag poles for large companies in west Texas and Chemical treating water wells for increased production which included acidizing. Danny has since retired from the Ag industry and is now at Rex McFadden Co. Laceé and her team are extremely thankful for the extra guidance her dad has shown them since he has been at the office It was definitely a dream come true for Laceé to have everyone under one roof.

Office Manager

Steph is our office manager & go to person to keep our business and crazy lives organized! We knew there was a piece of the puzzle missing on our team but had no idea the many attributes that Steph would bring to our business and families. She is one of the most outgoing people that we have ever met . Not only did we take her right into the family but Steph has a giant heart of gold and is always taking care of us like we were hers too! She is a very fast learning individual and if she does not know the answer to something she will find it! She has gained much of her eagerness to learn and hard working skills from her grandfather. We look forward to all of our customers and friends in the water well industry to get to know her!
