With Rex McFadden being a family owned business we strive to create a familial atmosphere at work. We do this by including our families and our employees families in every way possible. From “Just checking in” calls to sharing accomplishments or ZZ Top Concerts we all enjoy each others company. Our families are just as important as the work done to provide for them.

Family is about creating strong relationships and providing a sense of meaning and belonging. They can be a source of support in the good times as well as the bad. We like to have close nit relationships with our employees so they feel they can come to us in any situation.
